You can browse CouponOak without creating an account. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address and the details of your question, and we use it only to reply to you.

Accounts exist only for the people who administer the site's listings. Public visitors do not need one.

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as the request itself and the address it came from.

When you click a coupon or deal button, we record that the click happened — the offer and store involved, the page you clicked from and the time. This is used to understand which offers are useful. It is not tied to a name, an email address or an account.

CouponOak uses only the cookies and similar browser storage needed for the site to function, including keeping an administrator signed in. Merchants and affiliate networks you are forwarded to may set their own cookies on their own websites, which is outside our control.

We use the click information described above to see which listings are used. If we add a third-party analytics service in future, we will update this policy to name it.

Links to merchants may be affiliate links. When you follow one, the merchant or their affiliate network may record the referral so a qualifying purchase can be attributed to CouponOak, typically using their own cookies or tracking parameters. We do not receive your payment details or the contents of your order. See the affiliate disclosure.

CouponOak links to merchant websites we do not operate. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy and terms of that website apply. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Click records are kept while they remain useful for maintaining and improving the listings. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.
• You can ask us about the information we hold in relation to an email you sent us, or ask us to delete that correspondence.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by this website. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

CouponOak is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
